The famous Saint Hill Gingerbread Castle is back!

Made by the Refectory head chef (and Estates engineers!) it contains over 12,500g of brown sugar, 6,500g of molasses, 21,000g of flour, 10,000g of butter and 20,000g of icing.

Totaling 56 trays of gingerbread in all, what a masterpiece!
